We announce with great sadness passing of Michael William Zahorchak, a passionate, strong, humorous and abundantly affectionate young man, who shared his love, joys and compassions with many.
Michael was called to his "Great Gig in the Sky". After a short but fulfilled life devoted to the love of his family, long lasting friendships, and his passion of composing and playing music, Michael has been granted the eternal peace and rewards he deserves. He won't be seen buying a Stairway to Heaven, for he built his, step-by-step, through all of the good deeds he performed daily.
His sudden passing leaves a devastating hole in the hearts of his parents, Dennis and Shannon, his "big sisters", Leah and Rhiannon, and his brother Christopher. Michael was an incredible son and brother to us, and the first to 'Welcome you to the Family'. He was an honest, loyal, trustworthy and unconditionally caring best friend to all. A member of the Canadian Slovak League in St. Catharines, the Slovak community feels truly honoured and blessed to share his time in this world with him.
Because of the pandemic restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
